Mailbox is reasonably priced and serves it purpose.

Sturdy and Easy to install

I needed to replace an aging mailbox to improve my curb appeal. I considered getting a decorative fancy post, but decided I didn't want to spend too much time digging and securing a new post. I realized my existing post was good and decided on just getting a similar updated box. I couldn't find the hardware for the post so I just brought a whole new set. EasyPeasy

I needed a temporary mailbox for a client during renovations. They like this mailbox so much that they are considering making it their permanent box!

Cheap temporary replacement

Pretty cheaply made, works well for a temporary replacement. The box is OK quality, the stand is pretty cheaply made.

Not sturdy at all.

If you buy this, be prepared to buy something to reinforce it with or it will fall in the first good wind stirm.

Easy install with soft ground

Very easy to install. First pounded frame into soft ground using piece of wood not to ruin frame, then attached mailbox. Now if ground was hard it would have to be dug out to install.

Flimsy at best.

Poor design for posts. Impossible to keep them align while placing in the ground. Clearly ine shoukd not try to drive it into dirt. No lock washers provided, so screws loosen easily through normsl heating/cooling and movement of box front. Not worth the money.

Quick and easy.

Simple assembly and install. Fast way to get a Mailbox up. Solid.

Cheap and disappointing

I don't usually buy based on price alone, but I did this time. Big mistake. The mailbox stand is in two pieces. To assemble the base, the instructions say, "Turn the top post upside down and place it on a flat surface. Insert the bottom post into the top post by lifting the post assembly up and pounding it on a non-abrasive surface until the post assembly is connected securely." easy install

Needed a quick replacement for our mailbox which got blown over in the last storm. Since we have clay soil there was no need for concrete. Just dug a hole with a post hole digger and put in the mailbox.

Excellent basic mailbox

This was an easy mailbox to assemble and install. I use it on starter homes but it looks well enough to use really on any home.

Cheaply Made

The holes for the screws do not fit. The mailbox is cheaply made and not sturdy at all.

Great cost to quality ratio

For a quick, temporary mailbox, this is the way to go. It has easy directions and stood solid even without pouring concrete.

Needed a basic mailbox and this did the trick well. Surprisingly decently made for the price. 10 to 15 minutes and good to go.
