Power no matter what

Good Product

It only took about 45 minutes. I test this unit for about 4 hours for a total of five days. It is not as loyd as I thought it would be. No problem hooking up my cords. Very useful

Yes, it takes up some room in your garage and you might not use it frequently, but in Houston hurricane season it is worth it to be prepared. This won’t power your whole house, but it will keep the refrigerator running and a couple other things powered in the event the electricity goes out.

It was also easy to move. Loved the weather covers for the plug. Some of the directions, however, could use improvement. Started right up. Sounds great as it is running. Plenty of power, easy to start and terrific value!

This isn't the most quiet of generators compared to our Honda 3000, but it's twice the amount of power. The motor is exceptionally easy to start and it sips gas. Even under load, this motor doesn't use near the gas as expected. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Easy to Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Generac portable generator not because the other ones went bad, but because we use all 3 as a service provider. These always start easily and provide the power we need at the various locations were landed power is not available. Fuel consumption is not the best, but you sacrifice using fuel for the amount of power you actually need. So my recommendation is don't oversize your generator to much for what you actually need.
