The generator is the perfect size and with the dual fuel option is versatile for my needs. I completed two stages of the break in using propane without the load. Will run the gen with 50% load today to resume the process. Battery is fully charged and started the unit right up.

AWESOME!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has already been a life-saver this fall. Lost power briefly within two weeks receiving it. I don't have a washer or dryer, so can't comment on how it would handle an entire load of heavy appliances, but it covered everything else. I lose power a few times a year and work from home, so this is pretty essential for me! It is very heavy, so I did need help moving it and getting it out of the box to set up, but after that everything was simple.

Heavy Duty & Does the Job

Aesthetically, it's a little bigger than I was probably looking for, but hopefully that translates to more power. I could also do with a color other than orange. Upon opening I was able to start it up with one pull, after putting some gas in. It is a little loud, but I feel completely ready for some camping or the apocalypse.

Excellent generator

My husband is the main user of this but if he's not home I know that I can handle it. It has a very powerful motor that allows us to use multiple tools at one time and not have to worry about a drop in the power. Another benefit, it starts up with one pull (I love that)! Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've looked around for a while for a generator and am very glad we now have the GP6500. For some reason, when a storms come through our area we loose power a lot. It is comforting knowing we have the generator. The GP6500 allows us also to use it our at our fence to run the sprayers when we repainted the fence and also down at the barn to run power tools as we are building. I am very very glad we now have the GP6500.

Perfect for tailgaiting

Great product

I tried it out right away to see how it performed. It started on the first pull and was able to power all the essentials in my home. excellent generator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this generator is like a monster machine,it a little bit loud but it works well.It came with battery, oil and tire,also had the hardware for installation.just had storm few days ago and knocked power so and it ran freezer,tv,fridge and lights with no problem.Overall excellent machine.This generator is more than enough to power my entire house.
