Would RecommendPTL for this generator! We heard the day before Winter Storm Fern hit north LA that our local Lowes got a shipment of generators in. My husband raced over there and bought this one. It got us through 7 days of no electricity just fine. We got about 12 hours/tank, running just the essentials.

Problems out of the box.
Would Not RecommendAs many stated before, leaking fuel out of the box. Also was missing an axle abd hardware. Called company for help- parts still have not shipped 2 weeks later. I managed to get it running after watching sone youtube videos. It seems to run good but unimpressed by the hassle it's been so far.

Generator worked Perfect!
It worked perfect for us! We hooked it up and it kept 4 freezers, a tv, lights, etc going for around 10 or more hours on a 5 gallon gas tank! I would definitely recommend this to friends!! Thank you Lowe’s, you kept us from being in the dark during the ice storm of 2026! We were in the dark for 8 days because of the ice storm, before we purchased this generator!

Would RecommendIt seems like it has it all. Dual fuel AND electric or pull start! It's Heavy! Have help from the box until assembly is complete. After, the "wheelbarrow" style tow arms help transport it. Seems solid built. Lights in house didn't flicker. Plenty of power so far!
