I bought this a month ago and it works automatically.

Great unit!!

Once it was upgraded it has been exceptional. It has switched and operated three times over the year. Provides needed security.

goes on automatically when the power goes off

We no longer have to worry about how long the power goes out which has been happening more often over the past 2 years with more trees falling on the power lines.

Many service and reliability issues with this unit for almost the full year I owned it

It has been working as planned for 2 years. We only had one issue with the transfer switch early on and the contractor fixed the issue the next day. We have had multiple power outages many lasting 4-6 hours. We are very pleased with our Generac. We are grateful we were able to afford it. Most of our neighbors cannot.

Very nice unit. The only problem is that it displays standby hours and not the run hous on the main page on the mon.

I bought my generac 24 months ago. Purchased 5 year Generac Power Plan. And haven’t had anyone call or maintenance since.

We feel so much safer now

Had this installed a month ago. Have a big test coming up this weekend with a hurricane coming in. Keeping my fingers crossed that the generator will perform as it should.

Bought this unit couple of years ago and it is constantly in trouble!! Service contract doesn’t mean anything if they don’t repair unit!! Anderson power equipment in Valdosta Georgia is terrible for service!! Paid for contract and still won’t repair unit!!!

Very unreliable. Can't get it to work.

I can't tell you how many problems I have had with this generator. I have had 2 companies out to try to fix it. The first company Foremost sent someone so inept they fired them. The next company has cycles through replacing all sorts of parts. I keep paying the bill for this. We tried calling Generac and they were not only unhelpful but their person was rude. We would not recommend buying a Generac.

This unit has been in service for over a year and I’m happy with everything about it. Especially the service company.
