Perfect for what we need.

Purchased a year and a half ago. Have had it kick in and run twice for about half a day each. As well as test running it has been very reliable! My wife and I are getting on in years and I have developed major health issues. Last major power outage was during Fiona and I was without electricity for a month. Fancy Features but more noise

New unit is much noisier(subjectively) than the old Generac it replaced. It is not just wifi, but cellular connection to maintenance dealer. slick.

Comes on when needed without worry.

Works as promoted. I don’t have to worry about my gasoline generator needing a start in the middle of the night or refueling at zero degrees.

It works

After 19 years we replaced our old Generac generator with this slightly larger, newer version. I like that the air conditioner doesn't bog down the generator. It has no problem running our modest home.

Hurricane Preparation

I purchased/ installed the 24KW Generator to power the whole house in the event of Storm outages during hurricane season. I have yet had to use it for house power, but confident it will work as advertised.

Happy with everything, the Dealer, the product and the installation. However I feel like there could have been a better job restoring the landscape after digging a trench for the installation. They left it a muddy mess. Should have been packed down, raked, seeded with hay.

Security in the Storm

I bought this a year ago and didn't get the chance to use it until this spring - several times! The sense of security it gives me when the storms hit is priceless. I used to use a portable generator but the auto-pilot of my GENERAC saves time - and potential property damage. I have a sump pump and having it connected to this generator is worth it, besides all my other appliances !!

One year - no issues

Has been installed one year. No issues. Performs a test every two weeks. Operated properly during two brief outages, less than 15 minutes. App works well. Having a generator provides a peace of mind. Glad we had it installed.

Excellent home improvement project

I bought this a year ago and we had an outage a week later. Worked great and during 2 other outages. Installation was quick and fairly easy for the vendor. Saved us from cold days and loss of money from spoiled food.

I bought this a few weeks ago, already storms have gone through on two different occasions and knocked out our power. The generator has preformed flawlessly on both occasions, running for approximately 23 hours total for both occasions. My neighbors are jealous

Love my Generac

I had this unit installed last year. I am so glad I did, and as a widow, it has removed a lot of my stress when the electricity goes out. My knowing that the Generac unit will come on in a few seconds is such a comfort to me. It will run the whole house, lights, A/C or furnace, appliances and the garage door.

Satisfying to spend money on a great product.

Within ten days of the initial startup, we had our first power outage on Memorial Day afternoon. within ten seconds or so, our whole house was up and running on our new unit. It was a great feeling. A/C up and running, everything. It gave us a great feeling.

Good whole-house generating package.

The Generac 22K whole house generator and switch gear is a reliable unit and was given good references by the electrical contractor that I sourced and installed it though. It is a little noisier than what I was told and I have had to let the neighbors know that they will likely hear it exercise running weekly. It could be muffled down more with a few additional low cost sound reduction improvements.
