GE seems to be the best
Would RecommendA nice replacement for our former LG dryer. Similar features and size to our previous LG unit but with a stronger reliability record and costs less. The only difference we've noticed is this dryer is a little louder than the LG we had.

Would Not RecommendThis dryer has been horrible. The only way we can get our clothes completely dry is by using the Timed Dry setting for 90 minutes at a time. Most loads require at least two 90-minute cycles, and occasionally we have to run a third. It should not take 3-4.5 Hours to dry one normal load of laundry. I contacted the manufacturer, and they sent a technician to inspect the dryer. He suggested there could be a blockage in the dryer duct, but our duct has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom and ...

Would RecommendI treated myself to a new GE Profile washer and dryer, replacing my previous set which I purchased in 2009 and never required a service call. I absolutely LOVE my new dryer (and washer). As great as the previous st was -- this is light years even better! Money well spent. Dryer filter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only negative is with the front filter. It catches most of the lint, etc but whatever falls past the filter into the bottom of the cavity is not accessible to be cleaned even with using a coat hanger with double sided tape on the end.
