Do not buy this GE dryer. In less than 2 years, this dryer started making a loud rattling noise. I don’t know why. GE is not good as they use to be. It sounds like the motor or built has gone bad. I bought this dyer brand new from Lowes. The noise is so loud it sounds like the dryer is about to break. I paid a lot of money for this dryer. Do not but on this dryer. Save your money and get something else.

Dryer no Bueno!
It takes too long to dry. Eco modes are terrible. You have to run it in hot and max dry if you want to get done in two cycles if your doing towels or bedding. Not impressed GE and this is our 2nd set in 4 years.

Clothes come out wrinkled EVERY time
Not to be dramatic, but… This dryer has made our life so incredibly difficult. We bought this set after our home had flooded from hurricane Helene and lost our old washer and dryer. I researched high and low on the best set from Lowe’s and came across this one. For some reason… No matter what we do… Or what we tried… Our clothes come out wrinkled every single time. Gone are the days where you could just “throw your shirt in the dryer for 10 minutes“ to get wrinkles out. That doesn’t even work ...

I have always had a trust for the GE brand, but I must admit I was skeptical after looking over the reviews. The reviews not only on this product but other products helped me to make a firm decision in going with GE as a trusted brand and so glad I did. The GE profile dryer has a large capacity and allows for large loads to be dried at once. I was able to determine what settings I would use in advance of using it thanks to the reviews. Some said they had issues with the door closure - no issue...

Towels, get extra soft and fluffy in this dryer
I love this dryer. I like the glass window in the door so I can see the laundry. I like that it has an app connected to it. That tells me when my laundry will be done.

Great Product Terrible Third Party Delivery
The fast and easy installation. The product was at an excellent price. I had only two problems. The first was simple. I wasn’t told I had to buy a power cable. Bought one. The MAJOR problem was with the third party delivery company. I was told by the associate that the driver would call 30 mins to an hour before the arrival, which I know to be true because earlier in the I bought a washer. Well, the delivery day arrives and the window is 11am-3pm. 2:15ish rolls around and the driver calls. Asks ...

The machine has multiple settings and is quiet.
We were looking for a large capacity dryer that wasn't big and bulky. We reviewed and looked at several different brands and types and wanted to go with a brand that has been around for a long time. We are very happy with the multiple settings and especially how quiet this machine is. We're very happy with this product.
