Disappointing Product. Lousy Delivery

Bought the "up-scale" dryer, because all the normal ones were too low and poorly made -- flimsy doors. First unit was broken -- made a squeaking noise when running. It took nearly 2 weeks to replace it. Delivery team messed up the venting when installing. Dryer does not reliably dry clothes, ironically. "Normal" setting has an "eco" feature that prevents drying. Buyer Beware

To summarize, this dryer is a piece of junk, and Lowe's return policy is predatory, at best. This machine leaves black, grease-like stains on any material that is silky/upscale/athletic as the thin fabric slips behind the area where the drum meets the front. The stains do not come out with any stain remover or bleach. Hard time getting a delivery

We were very disappointed in the service we received. We bought the washer and dryer on Sunday, supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. They brought the washer but had no record of us getting a dryer delivered. When we called the store we were told we had picked it up the day we bought it. They didn't even have it in stock. Great until it is not

I bought this dryer in the fall of 2022. I’m writing this in July of 2026. I absolutely hate this dryer. I have to run the dryer at least twice on the longest setting in order to dry my clothes fully. The heating element continues to go out. Save yourself the headache and run far away from this dryer.

Great Product Terrible Third Party Delivery

The fast and easy installation. The product was at an excellent price. I had only two problems. The first was simple. I wasn’t told I had to buy a power cable. Bought one. The MAJOR problem was with the third party delivery company. I was told by the associate that the driver would call 30 mins to an hour before the arrival, which I know to be true because earlier in the I bought a washer. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Absolutely horrible along with the washer. Sheets and clothes have to always go back on 3-4 times just to get them dry. I don’t even do a large load and everything is placed in the washer one by one. I wish I could give it ZERO stars!!! Waste of money. And to expensive to not work.

Wouldn't recommend this dryer to my worst enemy

We bought this dryer in 2023. It stopped drying towels in July of 2024 a year later. We went to Lowes and the sales lady in the appliance department said that the towels are still wet because of the moisture in Michigan and that we needed to turn the dampness level all the way to the top. This was a lame attempt and did not work. We had a local repairman come out and look at it for $50. He said it was the inlet thermistor and that he would change the outlet thermistor as well. Disappointed

A little noisy and drying cycles don't always produce desired and expected drying results. Also why isn't there a visible and audible " chime to indicate cycle is completed. The option available is total BN. This is supposed to be a top of the line model. For the price it is NOT worth it. Should have stayed with LG or Samsung.

Buyer Beware

This was a brand new dryer, and it was delivered with a dent on the front face. The installation team member pointed out the damage and called the third-party delivery warehouse to request a price adjustment. Due to numerous other egregious issues I had with the third-party delivery provider and the store (#1562-La Habra, CA), I purchased the item from the store, which seemed like a staged event.
