We just love this cooktop. Controls are easy to use and the top heats up very quickly and immediately cools down once you turn it off. No problem installing with the Bluetooth applications. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent heat and control

Induction is the best! I love this cooktop! I can boil water in 1 minute- immediate heat. It cleans well and love how it cooks. So much better than electric- so glad I went Induction!

Best cooktop ever

This is our first induction cooktop. Not only is it very attractive in our kitchen but the technology is top shelf. It's easy to use and makes meal prep a breeze. It significantly compliments the other ge appliances in our kitchen. Induction not only reduces cook time but also makes the cooktop safer.

Cooks like gas without the harmful gases

We finally took the plunge and replaced our old coil cooktop with an induction cooktop. Wow, what a difference. Love the control we know have and the speed at which we can heat things up. This cooktop replaced a GE profile coil cooktop and as advertised there were no modifications needed to the counter top. The only surprise we had was that our 30+ year old cookware, though very heavy, didn’t work with cooktop. But never let an obstacle get in the way, we used this as an opportunity to upgrade...

Sleek and efficient!

Just had our electric cooktop installed and it is sleek and efficient. It heats up faster and to higher temperatures than our previous cooktop. Solid product so far!

your pots MUST FIT exactly the size of the burners otherwise burner turns off.

Sleek and responsive

I love where the burners are on the stove. The responsiveness of the heat is awesome. I was unable to get gas in my home and I think this is even better!

Great replacement for older Profile Cooktop

Quick heat, elegant surface, easy to maintain -- affordable technology

Not for the long haul

This product was working fine for a couple years. It now won't stay on. It's like it is overheating. So I can't cook anything that needs a hot surface. It shuts off. Very disappointed. Cannot cook on a cooktop. Problematic.

Easy installation

This is now my third GE ceramic touch control cook-top. My last one was damaged from a power surge. These are so easy to replace. One hour and simple hand tools are all that is needed. Basic electrical skills are required. If you don't know how, get a professional.

A bit to get used to

I have not cooked on it that much to be able to give it a rating. It's taken a bit to get used to it. I would tell anybody that's thinking of buying an induction cooktop or range to make sure that their pots are compatible. You can test them by applying a magnet the bottom of the pot if the magnet sticks then it should work. I haven't cooked a full meal on it yet. I'm typically not an electric stove fan. I like gas. However I do like the fact that I can adjust the temperature on this degree by d...
