It's nice induction cook top but price is too high compare the other company induction.

Nice layout of burner; Have replacement top coming because one burner malfunctioned. Personally not a huge fan of induction cooking but just getting use to it.

Easy to use control, precise cooking, easy cleanup

Cooking times are faster and more precise than my radiant cooktop. I like the temperature controls in that you can jump top high or lo or swipe to change the temperature. The feedback sounds from the cooktop are nice. The timer is very nice. Easier cleanup than with radiant as spills are not cooked on. So easy!

I really love the simplicity of this stovetop. It’s so easy to clean because it is all flat. It heats very quickly and stops or goes low quickly. I’m still getting used to what setting to use while cooking but it is very responsive. And I love the environmental aspect of the induction.

Great features

Love our new cooktop,it works great. The only problem we have is that a small pan even if a magnet stick to it, it doesn’t always work.

Buying an induction cook-top or Stove.

Works great! New tech so is a learning process. Buyer needs to be aware of need for upgraded power & different cookware.

This is our second GE induction cooktop. Very scratch resistant. Easy to clean and user friendly!

A dream come true

This cooktop was everything I could want. ..and more. It's everything from easy to clean and end user friendly. Can't wait to spend hours perfecting my craft on it.

Great Cooktop - it looks good too!

So far so good! Induction heats quickly and evenly and I love that I can easily adjust the heat level.

Don’t look back

Heats up very quick. It does have a buzzing sound when it’s on high but nothing annoying. Since you don’t have any heat besides the bottom of the cookware, you do not get any burn mark on any pan.

Not 30” as listed

It’s listed as a 30” but it’s actually 29.75. If the opening in the counter is cut exactly 30” you will have a 1/8” gap on both sides!!! Not correct advertisement!!!

When we bought appliances in 1993, we purchased GE and they are still working, However, we remodeled our kitchen and decided to purchased GE Profile appliances because they are so reliable!!!

Older GE cooktop much better designed

We got our first induction cooktop in 2011 and LOVED it. It was a GE, as well. We had to replace our oven which is the only reason we decided to replace the cooktop at the same time. This new GE cooktop is not nearly as wonderful as the old one. The burners are smaller and the 2 burners on the left are physically much closer together. It means you can't have a 3 or 4 quart pot on one of those burners and a mid sized skillet or dutch oven on the other burner, even if the bottom of the skillet or ...

Doesn’t work/HORRIBLE Customer Service

Purchased to replace older model. Doesn’t work. Waited on hold for an hour and never got to speak an agent. Website was of no help either. Returning and buying a different brand.

This is a must have!

I am so impressed with this cooktop. It is so quick and efficient. It will pay for itself quickly. The flat surface makes cleanup quick and keeps things hygienic.

Smart and great features

I always love induction cooktop, especially GE! I had one old model for 5 years and had no problems until I sold the house and moved. I’m happy with this new model so far. It’s smart, easy to use and I like the feature of connecting 2 burners as one big one.

fast, safe cooking

This was easy for me, a non-handyman, to install myself. It fit perfectly into the hole that my old GE gas cooktop used. I needed an electrician to run a new line, but otherwise it was a snap. I have a Viking induction range in my other home (this is a vacation home) and really recommend induction over gas 100%.
