It is easy to clean.
Would RecommendI love the induction, I will always have clean cooktop and clean pot and pan. Also I waited 17 months to find this cooktop. A friend said go to Spencers, that said we are sorry but we can’t get it for 10 days. Love Spencer’s and my cooktop.

Burner placement and size.
Would Not RecommendVery poorly designed unit. Burners are too close together and interfere with one another. The large burner is so large that large pans don’t work on it. Even with just an inch extra space the pans won’t read on the cooktop. I’m so upset. It’s supposed to be a nice purchase and it’s been nothing but terrible.

Love it, but still have warranty issues
Would RecommendOne of the burners has malfunctioned since the cooktop was installed. The first part ordered didn’t fix it so we’re still waiting on the next fix. The other three burners work fine and I really like the evenness of the heat. One slight comment on design: the outline of the burners and the text of the controls is difficult for my husband to see, especially in low light.

New GE induction cooktop
Would RecommendLooks very nice. Have not had a chance to use it. Took quite a while to get all the necessary components (electrical, trim, prep work, etc.)

We had this cooktop for 3 months now. It has some pros and cons you should be aware of: Pros: Looks great, Very easy to clean, Instant change of output (unlike electric, which takes time to heat/cool after change), Turns itself off once pot is removed Cons: Not very powerful - even the biggest "burner" has to stay on High while using skillet. Layout of "burners" is inconvenient - it's virtually impossible to use all 4 at the same time, three of them are too close to each other. Controls a...

Day 1 is just amazing!
Would RecommendI’m day 1 into this new way of cooking. Nothing is boiling over, sticking to a hot glass top or scratching my pots and pans. I do believe this is the perfect way to cook!! It fit beautifully into the counter and took the installer ten minutes to hook it up. I am absolutely amazed at the features, but mostly with the RESPONSIVENESS of this cooktop!

Somewhat finicky about cookware
Would RecommendIt's an awesome stove when it works, but the pan detection seems flawed, even with CI cookware.

Induction stove top
Would RecommendWe absolutly love it. Dont have to worry about getting burned when you turn it on and forget to put the pan on it, it wont work without a pan.

Wonderful Cooktop
Would RecommendThis induction cooktop exceeded all of my expectations. Heats pans so fast much faster than the radiant cooktops. I can control the cooking temps. so much better. I have yet to burn any butter or have any boil overs of water.

Amazing product
Would RecommendIt is our first time using an induction cooktop. It is amazing how quickly it boils water for pasta, and the heating element does not retain the intense heat when turned off. This cooktop has a nice appearance and is easy to use.

Loving my new cooktop!
Would RecommendSo far this cooktop is great! I can’t believe how fast it heats up the pans and the control that I have while cooking. I love the totally smooth appearance with the controls integrated into the glass for a sleek, clean look.

Small cook zone doesn’t recognize 5” pan
Would RecommendWe recently moved and updated our kitchen with this cooktop because we had one in our previous home. To our surprise, the small cook zone does not recognize a pan that worked at our other home. Same pan, same model cooktop, but not recognized. The pan is slightly larger than required for the cook zone, so we will be calling for warranty service. A little disappointing. Other than that, the cooktop is everything we expected.

Nice Induction
Would RecommendGreat product. With the Induction feature you never have to worry about burning yourself, or food that falls on the cooktop. Unfortunately, this is our second GE Profile Induction Cooktop that we had to buy, because our daughter dropped a heavy glass pitcher on it and shattered it badly.

this is our 2nd GE Profile induction cooktop
Would RecommendWhen we renovated our house about fifteen years ago we put one in and loved it. When we moved into a house with a gas cooktop, we missed induction (speed of heating, precision of heating, ease of cleaning!) so much that we recently replaced the gas cooktop with another GE Profile 30” induction top. Love everything about it except the noise it makes on hi—if we could get rid of that it would perfect.

Poor layout, carefully review before purchase
Would Not RecommendThe layout of the burners is too close for average size pans, can only really use two burners of the four with normal size pans, have to use very small pots or pans with this close of a layout, making it unusable for us. Only the 36 induction units have the proper burner placement that is usable. After only a month of trying we are switching to regular electric cooktop as we are limited to only 30 inch space and the only cooktop with usable burner placement on a 30 inch cooktop is a traditional...
