Love my induction cooktop so far!

We love our induction cooktop so far. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it’s been great. Just takes a little time to get use to the settings. But it is great!

Easy install

Very easy to install wish it had coupons and suggestions for cookware that works With it.

Highly susceptible to power fluctuations

After much research, we decided on the GE Profile series appliances, including the PHP9030DJBB Induction stove top. In the past 4 years, we have had to replace the stove top circuit board 2 times because only on burner works; and it needs to be replaced again. The first replacement was within a couple of months of installation. When it works, the stove top is wonderful—we love induction! Not so Great

Two months after install right hand side of cook top failed. have been waiting 3 1/2 weeks to get it repaired.

Works Great.

We could have used some instructions about how to clean this cook top.

Easy Care Induction Cooking

Love my induction cooktop! Fast worry free burners. My favorite feature is the fingerprint resistant black stainless finish with no knobs that I chose. Cleanup is easy and the appearance always perfect!

Fast to heat up

Easy to use. Love the lock feature. Boils water very fast. Easy to clean.

great features

we've had several induction cooktops and this is by far the best yet. easy to use and clean. it fits with our kitchen and is a welcome addition to our food preparation style.

So fun to cook on!

I love my new cooktop. It is so responsive to adjustments in temperature. It is so easy to keep clean. I recommend using cookware that is substantial so it doesn't rattle when cooking.

Better and Better

We were sorry to have to replace our previous unit, BUT this one has proven to be better in every way. Quieter, works better with our pans, better heat distribution.

Easy to use

The cook top looks very nice and is easy to use. It cleans up very nicely after cooking a meal.

Nice cooktop

I've only had this cooktop for about a month but so far so good. I purchased it mainly for the bridge burner. I had a GE induction cooktop already but we were remodeling and I really wanted to try one with the bridge burner. I used it last week for the first time and made french toast, it worked well. No complaints.

Need right size pots and hard to clean

We have had the stovetop for about a month now and are relatively happy. It is easy to use and heats up very quickly. There are two issues. We knew before we purchased it that the only pots and pans that can be used are those that are magnetic. What we did not know is that, in addition, the pots and pans have to be the same size as, or bigger than, the burner you put it on, or the stove will not heat up. We cannot use our small pots and pans because they are slightly smaller than the small...

Love it!

I new this would be faster at heating and cooking than my old electric cooktop, but this is amazing. I have had to adjust my old thoughts of what is medium high. I use a much lower heat level than with my old cooktop. The safety features are so useful. I never have to worry someone left a burner on. We did have to purchase all new pots and pans to work with the induction top. But that was all worth it!

I like my induction cooktop

I’ve been cooking on my induction cooktop fir a few months. I love that it cooks more like gas. On High, the pan will heat up very quickly, so beware. The top left burner doesn’t seem to be as hot as the other burners. I’ll have to test it when I have time (I didn’t see anything about ut being lower wattage ). The only thing I don’t like is the placement of the controls. Also their sensitivity. They beep when I wipe the stove top to clean it. They beep if I set groceries down. A few times...

great to look at and even better cooking temperature controls

Difficult to use: gray circles not seen on black

Overall a good cooktop, but difficult to use because of the gray on black circles. It's nearly impossible to see whether a pan or pot is properly centered on a hotspot.
