Her old one only ran with the door open... Yikes! Lowe's to the rescue. Looked up the old model # and found the replacement. Walked in, bought, went to her house and installed. Perfect fit and it works with the door shut!!!
The Express Time is Annoying
Would Not RecommendThe express time is annoying when you just want to warm up a cup of coffee for 20 seconds. At least give customers the option to turn it off!
Great fit
The cooking area is large which is a plus. This was a perfect fit to replace original microwave. We installed it ourselves and it wasn’t too bad.

Would RecommendGreat product, my last one was a GE, and I bought another one.. It is easy to use and install. It heats well, and turntable was large and easy to install. The filtration system is strong. The venting system works well, and the Defrost is amazing. over all a great purchase.

Not good
Would Not RecommendNot good. I purchased this microwave 3 times in 4 years. That’s correct. It only last 13-18 months and it breaks. Starts making popping noises and smells like wired burning. Even Lowe’s warranty gave me a hard time this year. Not good. The only reason I bought it the last time is because I did not want to drill additional holes in my cabinet. I never experienced a product like this.

Great budget microwave
Would RecommendThis is my second GE microwave, same entry level appliance, first one lasted about 7 years. Only difference is it's a bit harder to push the touch sensitive buttons . would recommend if you are on a budget

Doesn’t do the job
Would Not RecommendBrand new, but you can’t use the 4 minute (or 5 minute) quick heat buttons because after about 3:45, the microwave shuts off and has to sit for over an hour before it turns back on.
