What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the microwave's cooking performance, noting even heating, intuitive controls, and quiet operation compared to older models. Many appreciate the sleek design and seamless fit in their kitchens, with installation described as smooth and straightforward. However, a notable minority report durability concerns, with some units failing within one to three years due to mechanical issues like door problems or heating failures. Despite these drawbacks, most reviewers remain satisfied with performance and value, considering it a worthwhile replacement for aging units.
