Great Product

Great product, dishes are washed thoroughly every time. It is every room and holds a lot, it’s better than what I thought it would be.

Good dishwasher but some rusting issues

The dishwasher is pretty basic but overall does a good job. The main issue that we have is that both the top and bottom racks have rusted so bad that the pins are breaking off.

Not good

I have had nothing but problems with this dishwasher. We've literally done everything to get it to drain and clean right. Rearing my kitchen apart to move closer to sink and it still has some backwash. I cannot fully load it or nothing comes out clean. It's had an odor since day one. Smells like heated plastic. It's been a year next month. I keep the filter clean. Nothing else I can do but wash dishes by hand. Not happy person.

Bad locking design

This was a new washer in our kitchen 3mths ago and now it won’t lock & turn on! Fail as such a low end product.. the locking mechanism is poorly designed.

Great fist experience

Works really well for first time using this product. Initial quality is great so far.

Bottom rack isn't good!

The bottom rack falls out of its track and is cheaply made.

Absolute Garbage

Absolute garbage. This is what I get for buying a low end product. I could use a hair dryer and get the dishes drier than this piece of junk. The bottom rack would ALWAYS slide off track and the steam feature is worthless. I got so frustrated I had it uninstalled and gave it away to the drivers of the delivery company that brought my new one.

lower priced unit

this is a bottom of the line unit. not a lot of features but it meets my needs. works well. might be too loud for some. feels flimsy. the moving racks don't always stay in their tracks but it's what i chose knowing the drawbacks.

Junk meant to keep landfills full

Builder installed machine broke at 4 months. Waited many months for door latch and control mechanism. The repair man from GE said to buy a different machine if it would break after warranty because this machine so cheap. A year after warranty the machine is completely dead. The machine never worked properly anyways. I had to excessively pre clean my dishes or they would be dirty. I had to dry everything on a towel as they were too wet to be put away. Absolute junk

Builder installed GE dishwasher broke 4 months after house was built. No parts available so I had to wait months at the holidays to fix control panel and latch mechanism. The repairman sent by GE said if it breaks again the cost of the repair of this model is not worth it as the washer is so cheap. Another year later the washer is now completely dead. And it never cleaned my dishes. I always had to pre clean extensively. I clean all pots and pans myself. It does not dry the dishes at all....

although the dishwasher was "new" I didn't have much faith in the performance due to an issue with GE appliance I owned years ago.. unfortunately, this dishwasher doesn't work properly at all.. never dries the dishes, pots and pans are never really clean (constantly have water spots, detergent residue on everything.. today I noticed an odor similar to burning rubber but don't see any damage but doesn't mean there isn't a problem

Very unsatisfied with this dishwasher

This dishwasher came as part of the package with a home that we built. It is only two years old and the whole inside is totally rusted out already. I’ve been reading other reviews online and apparently this is a common problem with this model.
