Poor design

We’ve had this dishwasher for under 2 months. It is extremely loud. The bottom rollers don’t slide easily and they are catching on the side trim. We are a family of 3 and don’t have an unusual amount of dishes. They do come out clean so I suppose it does what is expected.

It’s a good model

I like the easy to clean filter and it is not too loud of a machine Lots of room for cutlery

Good and Bad

The dishwasher does a great job of cleaning all types of dishware. It's a little noisier than our last dishwasher. The materials are lighter weight than I expected but it's holding up well.

Might as well be called a door stop.

The worst dishwasher I've ever had. Literally doesn't work, all of my stuff comes out dirty. I've had it for 1 month and it's worked flawlessly once, maybe twice. If it's not leaving residue on everything it's straight up not cleaning the dishes, often times making it MORE dirty than it was going in. I've never had this issue with another dishwasher. Washes well bottom rack not tracking properly

The dishwasher came with the manufactured home. It wouldn't have been my first choice but I found it was good enough for what I needed because I don't do a considerable amount of dishes. The one thing I found that was terrible was the bottom rack. Being brand new I figured I shouldn't have any problems but for some reason it doesn't track properly. Interior design poor

Works great but interior poorly designed. Bottom shelf doesn't stay on tracks.

Service before first load

Waiting on service. Stopped and didn't drain first use.

Wouldn't recommend this dishwasher.

Not very sturdy dishwasher. It washes but the racks just aren't always easy to move in and out. They usually just derail off. Overall feels very flimsy for my liking. I only have it because it was a default new home offering.

Terrible dishwasher and service

I’ve had two of these in a row. Both had the same electric issue come up. The first one was replaced after 2 months of fighting with GE. Now the second one is doing it. I’m done with GE for good.

Horrible dishwasher rack! Rusted.

This is a poor washer. I don’t know what caused this, but within the first year of my use of this dishwasher it being brand new from a new build, Very minimal use it started rusting. A Good Basic Dishwasher

This is a good basic dishwasher. It runs quietly. Dishes come out clean every time.

EHHH

The first wash with cascade platinum and cascade rinse aide 3-in-one power dry had my dishes sparkling. Yes, my glass dishes was streek free amd dry.. But, since then... Ughhhh. Dishes not completely dry, wet/dry spots on glassware. Very upsetting 😡. Yes, I'm still using cascade platinum and the rinse aide. Can't figure out why it only cleaned food the first time... I've only used it a total of three times..

Washes dishes well and is quiet. Lower rack comes off the track very easily. Is modification possible in new models for 2025?

Review of New GE Appliances are “AWESOME”!

All products are new appliances, except for the motherboard of the Microwave, I have not used the dish washer yet. However I am very satisfied with my new appliances.

This GE dishwasher is great. It does the job well and quietly.

Works great but now looking for drain pump as I accidentally washed a candle in it as I thought it was a plastic vase

Terrible

I used this dishwasher twice. The first time it leaked all over the kitchen then the wheels fell off the lower tray then it would not start then the gasket fell out. So overall a terrible product not on par with the GE brand.

The wire baskets rust easily.

This dishwasher has issues with the racks rusting. I had to get a new bottom rack when the dishwasher was almost new. Now the top rack has rusted posts.

Needs upgrade

The boost dru is weak at best. Please look into making it a better dish- washer as a whole! Unfortunately, bought as a package with new builder.
