Would RecommendI have replaced 2 old ballasts that stopped working with this one in my kitchen overhead lights. The installation was fairly simple, but I had issues with seeing shadows moving from one end of the light to the other in the fluorescent tubes when the lights were turned on. At first I thought the wrong voltage of tubes were being used, but even after replacing the tubes, I still saw this.
