Dubious quality
Bought 2 to replace same item ballasts for 4 bulb fixture of LED type a bulbs, all are GE. Did not work. At power on, bulbs would not light until turned in their sockets. Called GE and was told all (ballast & bulbs) were compatible, but they still did not work. Gave up, bypassed ballasts and bought type b LED bulbs and tossed 4 type b bulbs and the 2 ballasts. What a $100 waste of money!

However, the bulbs were slow starting (10+ seconds) and would occasionally flicker afterwards. So, I called the GE Customer Service number (which is printed right on the ballast).
