What Customers Are Saying
The self-adhering cap sheet roofing product is reported to be easy to install and create a reliable waterproof seal on low-slope roofs and sheds. Customers praise its durability and competitive pricing. However, some users found the material difficult to work with due to the sticky adhesive and heavy weight, and experienced leaks and water damage after installation. The product may be suitable for its intended use on low-slope roofs, but requires careful installation.

Good product overall
Would RecommendI had a 10x21 area to cover on top of the base coat, with the self adhesive the job couldn’t have been easier.
Good Product
Would RecommendUsed numerous times...you must understand the product to get best results...for flat roof, first lay your base sheet down, roll it with steel roller, spray asphalt primer on your drip edge, lay cap sheet but let about 3in of cap sheet over hang so seams don't line up with base sheet seams, trim with razor knife after wards...also, very good valley material.
