Would RecommendUsed numerous times...you must understand the product to get best results...for flat roof, first lay your base sheet down, roll it with steel roller, spray asphalt primer on your drip edge, lay cap sheet but let about 3in of cap sheet over hang so seams don't line up with base sheet seams, trim with razor knife after wards...also, very good valley material.

Would RecommendNot all the release film came off during installation. The sheet bunched up when I tried to lay it down. Not sure if I would buy this again.

Nightmare
Would Not RecommendIf you are a DIY'er, avoid this. The self adhesive sticks to EVERYTHING including skin and getting that off...ripped my skin and bruised it severely. This is also VERY VERY VERY heavy. It says 70 lbs but..I promise you, its heavier than that. the plastic that covers the adhesive is VERY slick. Forget wearing gloves. You cant hold onto it. AND It will slide right off the roof. That plastic needs texture added to it bad. Also all of that plastic caused alot of trash and clean up. I will never ever...

Would RecommendThe peel and stick works great. The roll is very heavy 70 lbs. You have to be careful not to bend roll because if you do it shows on the granular surface all in all I would recommend

Great Cap Sheet
Would RecommendI used this product on a back patio and was very impressed. This cap sheet works very well for flat roof application. It adheres very well and we did not have any problems during installation. The final product looks really good and I would recommend using this cap sheet on all flat roofs moving forward. The product is also priced very competitively compared to the other companies that make flat roof material.
