The only bad reviews for this product are from individuals that stated they used this product on flat roofs. In the product description it states DO NOT USE on roofs with less than a 2:12 pitch. And they want to know why there was major water intrusion when it rained. Before buying any product you have to read the specs and description to make sure the product is made to do what you want it to do.

Did the job.
Would RecommendThe product worked as intended. Easy roll out and good adhesion. Lowe's employee hit my truck with the forklift when they went to load up someone else, while I was waiting for them to load up my stuff.

What a disaster!
Would Not RecommendWe used this product according to directions on a large section of flat roof. The first time it rained, we woke up to water pouring in along every seam! We now have to replace ceilings in three rooms, and carpet in two due to the water damage. Please don't buy this product.
