Be careful it does not tear.
This is very thin material. You must be very careful moving cut pieces or they will buckle and tear. When I last used roll roofing, it was three times as thick.

Easy to work with
Would Recommend'Irma' ripped the roofing material off of my carport. Had to hire a team to rip the remnants of leftovers from the surface, put down a sub coat of 'tar' paper and this roll roofing. Easy to work with and looks good, a little sealing tar and a job well done.

Would Not RecommendIf I could give this negative stars I would. I am a professional roofer and I decided to put this on my roof for cheaper aspect than your commercial grade. At first it worked decent and after 4 months the material is completely deteriorating away. Whatever you do do not get this stuff for your house unless you want to have leaks everywhere
