Would Not RecommendForm this material into a cup, then form 30 pound felt into a cup, then FILL BOTH CUPS WITH WATER. This stuff is nothing more than an OVER PRICE CHEAP TARP. IT IS TOTALLY WORTHLESS AS AN UNDER LAYMENT !!!
