Great product

Although a bit pricey this is an easy to use and very high quality product. Once down it stays and can be walked on without worrying about tearing. When used with other GAF products it has a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

Leaked like a sive

We used this on a project for the first time. There was a little walking on it but when the rain came that night water poured in. We installed it as directed. I would not recomend this product.

i have used traditional felt for years, i used this on my old motel, now a home, 5300 sq ft roof, did this in sections, and put this product on, and had very high winds snow and rain for two days, and this stuff held up perfectly, not one tear, no damage at all, while the new motel up the street used felt, and it was every where but where it should have, awesome product, will use from now on

Amazing Product

GAF hit this one out of the park. This product is easy enough a 59 year old woman can work with it and lay it down properly. The traction of the product on the roof makes for a safe surface to walk on, shingles go down beautifully and make for a fantastic looming roof.

Wools great

I had always used 30 lb felt, and to keep the felt from rippling, I would roll out a few rows and immediately shingle, using tarps to protect again rain. I dId the entire roof and two weeks later put on the shingles. We had a number of heavy rains and no water got in and no ripples. The cost is only slightly higher than standard felt, but if you need to protect again rain, temporary, this is much better than standard felt.
