Multiple problems with this model

Unfortunately, this model has had multiple issues. The first one received had a problem with the ice maker. It wouldn’t in the top or bottom and needed to be returned within the first few days. Good fridge for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good counter depth fridge among all the other brands. Looks are good. The extra large water dispenser is a plus. Top compartment is spacious. The freezer drawer is a smaller than my old fridge. I can't stack as much frozen food in there like the old one. It has 2 ice makers but doesn't seem to make ice super fast. Build quality is good. All things considered, it is a good fridge.

Best fridge we could find

Do not buy this fridge

Purchased this fridge and it stopped working after 3 months. It took almost 2 weeks to get a Frigidaire technician to try to repair it since it was still under warranty. Technician looks at it for 5 minutes and says the compressor fan is not working. Now we have to wait for the part to be ordered and replaced. It's been a nightmare. Highly recommend you stay away from this fridge.

Perfection in a box!

Fantastic Refrierator!!

Died in 6 weeks; horrible warranty service

This refrigerator looked great online, and the reviews were good. But, six weeks after we bought it, it completely died. No problem, we thought: it's still under warranty. But the Frigidaire warranty experience has been terrible. The original repair provider Frigidaire contacted declined because they were too busy. Bad Buy

Purchased 2/25/2026. Stopped cooling. Manual says nothing about how to receive the most from your refrigerator. Had to put contents in ice coolers due to internal temp of 55. After purchasing another fridge (NOT FRIGEDAIRE) and researching Frigidaire for hours, it tells me I need so much room around items in the fridge. Manuals should tell you this. Family functional layout fridge

Nice fridge poor customer service

It keeps stuff cold. The delivery people didn’t hook it up. I paid for delivery and set up but they said the were not allowed to hook it up.

Nice refrigerator
