Seems like a good refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this a week ago after we noticed a huge iceberg growing on the back of our 13 year old Fridgidaire. So far it is working fine. Lies are the layout, like the huge bins on the door, easy to manage controls, like the ice maker and door dispenser. Lighting is excellent. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 22 year old Whirlpool fridge stopped working so we did a lot of research and purchased our new Fridgidaire. We love it! We got the countertop depth and regained space in our kitchen. Those few extra inches made such a difference. We love the French door top and lower freezer. It has some great features utilizing space inside to, but my favorite part is the drawer at the bottom of the fridge where I can see everything in it easily.

Bad customer service

This unit took a nose dive after four months of ownership. The main board totally died. That’s the good news. The bad news is the customer service of Frigidaire and Lowe’s is atrocious. It is totally meant to be anti-customer and very difficult to get any results out of them. I am sitting here with a dead fridge and being told I have to wait up to 4 weeks for a replacement part. Terrible Fridge and Warranty

Absolute terrible experience. What a cheaply made piece of junk. I would say to make sure to purchase a warranty, but even the warranty was not very worthwhile. Incredibly cheap hardware and draws on this unit. You can see and feel the corner cutting. I used the warranty multiple times in the first year of owning, while the water filter couldn't be removed, handles have fallen off throughout the fridge interior and exterior and cheap plastic drawers have fallen apart. Stopped Colling after 5 months.

First. The review is directed at Frigidaire. Not Lowes. My advice is to stay away from Frigidaire. My $2000 refrigerator stopped cooling throwing an H1 error. Went through troubleshooting. No luck. Put in an online service request. Got an appointment a week out. Received a call from the service company that they cannot fix a cooling issue? Huh? Had to call customer service to try to get a different service company. Got in the Queue. Received a call back. I'm now scheduled for service two...

Perfect Refrigerator for me!

Finger print resistance?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes it really is!!! I used to clean the outside of my old refrigerator all the time, I rarely have to do this with this one. The draw backs are the shelving configuration and the drawers. My old fridge had three drawers which I really liked. Also there’s a big space for taller items but it makes the shelves super tight. Maybe I don’t have it figured out yet?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I've adjusted my grocery list to buy smaller items that will fit easier into my counter depth Frigidaire, I feel that I will appreciate having easier access to the fridge. The extra space between the doors and the island in my kitchen makes opening the doors and being able to stand infront of the fridge possible.

Good refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good size, but the ice maker takes up a lot of space and is noisy. The water dispenser is good and fits most of our water bottles. The stainless steel color does not match my other Frigidaire appliances. So far, so good, but it feels like a slight downgrade from my old Kenmore Elite fridge.

Great refrigerator. Terrible warranty.

We got this refrigerator in December 2025. We have been happy with the quality up until this August when the freezer drawer just fell off. I called Frigidaire customer support and they said that this was not covered in the warranty. The part requires completely dissembling the bottom freezer drawer beyond installation services.. Very disappointed that a 8 month old refrigerator would break like this.

Ice is awesome

My favorite part is it has an ice maker on top with the water dispenser that is awesome! But also one in the freezer that is never run out!!
