Sleek and Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Frigidaire about 2 weeks ago now. So far, it has been working great! It has a sleek design, and is very functional. Even for a counter depth Fridge, is has more than enough space for myself. The shelves are the perfect size to fit a medium Domino's pizza box. It did cost a lot but I guess that's just fridges now adays.

I need seltzers coild By 3:00 pm. easy adjustments. water Ice options great. Just Nice all around. Thnx for making a solifd product and Backing it up!

Love our Frigidaire Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Frigidaire counter-depth refrigerator! It has a sleek, modern look that fits beautifully in the kitchen without sticking out like a traditional refrigerator. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for groceries while still maintaining a clean, organized appearance. The refrigerator keeps everything consistently cold, and I really appreciate how easy it is to see and access Al of our food.

Failed after 3 months

After 3 months of owning the fridge the power went out. no control panel, interior lights or sound. Called for warranty repair and waited 6 days for the technician. the technician said I needed a part. A common problem part is that the control board will take 2 weeks to be delivered. After 12 days without a refrigerator the power came back on, but the fridge will not drop below 56 degrees. Called Frigidaire they told me I had to wait and they won't expedite the order. Issues started within a month

There is a known issue with misalignment of the freezer drawer mechanism. When you contact support for service you need to upload sales receipt and pictures of the serial number. Service appointments are out two weeks and they give you a day but no time (9 hour window). If you try to confirm the day before you have to start over and I have yet to get confirmation after an hour on chat. I don't recommend this refrigerator or manufacturer

Great except for one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is great, lots of ways to move shelves and door compartments, however there’s an issue with the freezer drawer. It is so wobbly and noisy on the tracks. It occasionally makes a loud popping/snapping noise as if something is getting caught as it opens. Other models do not have this problem and I’m considering a different one because I’m afraid it’s not going to hold up well. Having a repair tech come out to look at it, but if they’re...

Great fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Delivery and install was quick and easy! I picked this one because it was one of the only refrigerators that fit under my cabinet. A little more pricey but worth it to not have to take out the cabinets!

Great Value!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality, great price -- I like the lighting, modular design, plenty of space (family of 3) and multiple compartments to sort thing within the fridge. One frustration is the difficulty to reach into deep drawers that don't pull out very far (helps to be tall to get angle reaching down into opening). Minor complaint for excellent fridge!

Seems like a good refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got this a week ago after we noticed a huge iceberg growing on the back of our 13 year old Fridgidaire. So far it is working fine. Lies are the layout, like the huge bins on the door, easy to manage controls, like the ice maker and door dispenser. Lighting is excellent. It does make a fan noise that is not real loud and not on all the time, and have not figured out what that is for. Maybe the moisture removal of the bins?? Not overly an...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 22 year old Whirlpool fridge stopped working so we did a lot of research and purchased our new Fridgidaire. We love it! We got the countertop depth and regained space in our kitchen. Those few extra inches made such a difference. We love the French door top and lower freezer. It has some great features utilizing space inside to, but my favorite part is the drawer at the bottom of the fridge where I can see everything in it easily.
