not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] freezer capacity is smaller than my old (40 yrs) freezer. i miss the shelves on the door for small things. Doors do not line up. Tried adjustment instructions without success. Installer said this is how they are supposed to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent quality refrigerator. Smudge proof and easy to clean and plenty of room in the refrigerator and freezer area. The dual icemaker is also a plus giving you extra rice on the bottom if you need it. Looks great also

Pleased with Purchase

I had a kitchen aid side by side for 23 years that died and replaced with this Frigidaire model. Looks and functions great. Ice maker is functioning perfectly. Items in back of fridge are freezing and adjusting the temperature to fine tune that issue. Overall pleased with my purchase.

Frigidaire Gallery counter depth refrig is adequate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frigidaire Gallery counter depth is average rating. Often there is condensation on the fridge shelves. The shelves are 5 inches shorter than my previous model so not as much space, and difficult to store tall items upright. The shelf molds have lines that appear as cracked plastic. Ice maker is working but noisy. Stainless resists fingerprints so that is a positive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far no problems. It is a bit louder than the previos one (LG). Layout inside is very convenient. It is a bit smaller because it is a counter-depth, but sufficient for our needs.

HORRIBLE! Dont waste your money!!!

This fridge stopped working after 6 months. Frigidaire should have covered it under warranty but, getting someone to come out at even diagnose it is next to impossible. The Electrolux/Frigidaire customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. Do not waste your time or money on any of their products!

Frigidaire Icemaker is a Bit Loud (but Tolerable)

I've had the refrigerator for several weeks now, We've grown accustomed to its design and features and are still very pleased with our purchase. Our previous unit had the icemaker in the door. The present unit had the icemaker internal to the refrigerator compartment. I had (wrongly) assumed that the new unit would therefore be quieter when dispensing ice. WRONG. It's dispensing mechanism is much louder. There is a door mounted solenoid to open the shutter to dump the ice. The solenoid is almost...

do not buy total junk

this gallary frigidaire fridge lasted exactly 2 months then died completly called warranty told 48 hours at least before they could come look at it. frigidaire said they do not reimburse any lost groceries due to selling crap products. would also not recommend the gallary microwave oven combo either we have had tons of issues with it also

New replacement refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Styling - seems to be well thought out and user friendly. This refrigerator is replacing a 20-year-old Whirlpool side by side, so this new French door style is taking a little adjusting to but not much. Like the outside controls and ice dispenser. Hopefully this new refrigerator will also last 20 years.

Disappointed with Frigidaire Part 2 - Do Not Buy

Update – July 30, 2026 from July 22, 2026 review: I received a replacement part from Frigidaire, but it was not one of the parts missing from my refrigerator. I am still missing the drip tray and upper freezer bucket, both of which should have been included with the refrigerator from the beginning. I had to call Frigidaire customer service again, was disconnected during the first call, and then had to call back and explain the situation all over again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Frigidaire replaced an old Frigidaire Galley we only owned for ten years until it failed. Prices have just about doubled since then and the product isn’t lasting very long compared to the pre year 2000 models. Very sad this is happening with just about all appliances, I still have the 1998 GE fridge that came with our home which still works great which is in our garage for miscellaneous drinks and frozen stuff and it still works great.

DO NOT BUY

Spent over $2k and this lasted 2 months. Came home to find unit dead, water on floor and hundreds in spoiled food. Manufacturer says there is a “known issue” and part is on back order with service (maybe) in 2 weeks. Of course, Lowe’s is no help, after indicating they would facilitate an exchange. Pick a more reliable item or manufacturer and retailer that will support customers.
