Top shelf not adjustable, bottom shelf can be pulled out all the way but needs to be realigned when put back in. Screw on the electrical connection box is star drive, everything else is standard screw fittings. Unit is pretty quiet. 1 hour wash works fine for most everything.

There were multiple instances where dishes were not cleaned thoroughly and there would be times where the dishes were not dried the way we were expecting. It is wider than 24"
Would Not RecommendWe have not used the unit yet due to installation issue. The product is more than 24" so it does not fit our cabinet space. We have contacted Fridge Aire several times for support. Its been 8 days since delivery and we still are not using the appliance.
