its a computer

this thing is a computer not a dish washer. moronic sensors that serve no purpose and just add to the cost and you cant clear them without shutting the power off. zero reason why, its supposed to be a dishwasher not a computer.

Don't buy from Lowe's

I bought this and a fridge because it was a buy more save more AND IT WOULD BE HERE JUNE 29. I got an email confirmation the day before it would be here. Got an email no call no text it wouldn't be here until Friday. When they finally deliver it they said they don't install and just left the box in my house with the washer.

Poor delivery system

Too early to tell if the product is good or not. Delivery was very poor, Lowe's needs to figure out what changed in their delivery system as it has been very bad recently. The dishwasher was ordered on line with the replacement hose required. I purchased installation and haul away at the time of purchase but installation did not take so the dishwasher was delivered but not installed nor the old dishwasher removed. Good product, lousy AI, great service at the store

The dishwasher was easy to install and was a lot quieter than the one being replaced. What I want to bring up is Customer Care. When I unboxed the first unit purchased, the front right side was caved in. I tried calling the various numbers and the AI interface was 150% useless. It kept repeating useless information, and would not connect me to a live agent until I hit the 0 key about 20 times before it finally routed me to a live agent. Disappointed

This dishwasher cleans dishes adequately but there are 2 issues that make me want to return it. The prongs in the racks that hold dishes and glassware are either too widely spaced or not widely spaced enough--none are the right spacing. Dishes and glasses rattle and touch each other no matter where they are placed. And the control panel is difficult to use: the touch pad is awkwardly placed and not responsive. Dishwasher broke one month after the warranty period ended.

So far good. I’ve used it twice. Noise is minimal. It is a lot quieter than my other one.

Bad smells abound

We have had this installed for about 4 months now. It emits the worst Chemically odor every time we use it. We thought it might be our detergent, but changing back didn't help. We have run loads daily for months and still every time you open it after a wash it smells so bad that it makes you wonder what it's leaving on your plates and flatware.
