Fantastic Dishwasher (But a Couple Complaints)

I’ve had this dishwasher for about 14 months and have been pleasantly surprised at how well it cleans. I have never had a problem where a dish, glass, or utensil comes out still dirty. I really like the fact that there is a “1 Hour Wash” cycle for loads that are only slightly soiled. The only complaints I have are that the upper rack is somewhat loose so that when it’s fully extended, bowls that are placed in the back of the rack tend to fall forward due to the rack tilting downward. Not working after 20 months.

I got this as an inexpensive, recognized brand, for occasional use. I put the insulation from the last machine over this one's and the result was fairly quiet. (55dB rating is louder than average, but it sounds quieter to me, maybe 50 dB. I didn't measure.) The insulation that comes with the unit is rather thin. Initially, the dishwasher cleaned adequately. Serviceable No-Frills Dishwasher

My faithful dishwasher died and we chose this model, primarily for price and availability. I wanted a replacement as soon as possible. So far, its performance is very satisfactory. I hope it continues to perform well for many years. It is less roomy than my other one...I'll have to adjust.

Not as advertised

bought this dishwasher in October, and it still doesnt do a single load of dishes that I don't have to go back and clean half of the again. if the dishes arent rinsed clean before they go in, they will not be clean coming out.

It was installed November 2025 and by the middle of December, the lower spray arm came off and now has melted into pieces. The first time it came off, nothing was damaged, the second time, there were places on it melted. I read the manual and it said to make sure that everything for the lower spray arm was locked. Recent Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been installed for about 2 weeks and so far as I good :-). The machine is pretty flimsy though, had I gone to the store and looked at it prior to buying it, I would likely have spent more for a better built machine

I had my last one for over 30 years and was very satisfied with it, but I really like my new Frigidaire dishwasher , it is very simple to operate and to keep clean, and without all the additional options it still does a perfect job! Thank you for making such a great machine to help me now in my later years!

acceptable but not perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy that I have a dishwasher that works now but my only complaints are 1) the door creaks when I open it. 2) the door doesn't stay all the way down when I open it.....unless the rack is heavy enough to hold it down.....and when the rack isn't heavy enough, the door will move up and push the rack back inside. Lastly, I was hoping the heated drying would do a lil better job. I'm dealing with all of this and just happy I can wash my dishes...

Still testing it out...

I have only used it a few times. It leaves droplets/moisture in the dishwasher after it has run. I have to leave the door open to dry it out or it stays wet. I will need to to test the dry cycles to see if it is set correctly.

The price was unbeatable by other stores, it’s a sleek and basic design- which we love and appreciate, and it’s efficient and does such a great job of washing with no stress at all.
