What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally considered a high-quality and easy-to-install deck handrail kit. Customers praised its sturdiness, attractive appearance, and simple assembly. The installation process was straightforward for most, especially when using the proper tools. However, some noted quality control issues like misaligned pre-drilled holes that made horizontal installation more challenging. There were also concerns about the openings in the posts potentially attracting insects. Overall, the handrail kit provides safe and secure access to steps with the flexibility to adapt to different configurations, and with proper installation, most customers were very satisfied.

Nice Railing
Would RecommendWe recently installed a new deck and needed a short stair railing for an area that had 3 steps. The supplier where the deck materials were purchased said that the stair railing was not available in our area. We called the manufacturer and they told us we could buy the stair railing that matched the overall railing through Lowescom. We ordered it and had it within a week. The deck contractor installed it without any difficulty. We are very pleased with the product.

Deck Handrail Kit
Would RecommendProduct looks good, I am concerned about the open places that will allow water to enter. Time will tell how it holds up to the elements.
