Hardwire issue

I wish it was easier to distinguish between battery powered and hardwired detectirs. I bought it because it said 10 year battery but found out it was for back-up. I took them back and got the battery powered ones.

These were generally easy to install. The battery compartment needs to be unlocked and opened to easily remove the plastic over the terminals of the battery on the 10 year batteries.
