Would RecommendI only purchased one bag to test. I am hoping it was representative of all the bags. It is a nice shredded mulch. I did not find large pieces or stray objects that you find in some other brands. I also like that no coloring is added but it's still a nice brown color. Note it is a lighter brown than the colored brown mulches.

The low rating however is due to very poor & unsatisfactory customer service. With only one person at the combined ‘returns & customer service’ desk, as the only customer I waited over 5 minutes while the attendant was on the phone with a customer. Would RecommendOriginally bought 20 bags which were spread, got 5 more bags and spread those and then had to add 8 more bags to the landscape. It all looked real good. We had to work around small plants which meant the best spread was done by the hand and knee method. A little extra work this way but the outcome was AWESOME. I did specifically get the mulch in the white bags. The material was consistent and did not have construction material in it nor large chunks
