Great quality

SAS skeptical at first but was impressed with the quality of Elmer's brand wood glue. No need to pay more as far as I'm concerned.

Great bond (better than mg ex.) Hard to get out

This product bonds like a champ. However, and maybe it’s the batch of bottles I bought, but it’s tough to squeeze a sufficient amount of glue out. The glue in my bottles is very thick and takes two of my mitts to squeeze out a decent amount. Now I’m not a noodle-armed fella, I usually size up a doorway before turning sideways to enter a room, but this batch has my number. Impossible

"It's impossible", that's what I was told, "It will never glide again, it's broken beyond repair", but they never suspected that I wielded the most powerful wood glue in the universe! The Dutailier is back swinging and gliding freely and like new, no one suspects there was ever a crack let alone a broken strut in the mechanism. I will save more furniture than anyone knows with a few drops (and a clamp) of this miracle product.

Amazing grip

I was astonished that this wood glue held so well. I followed the directions to clamp for 30 min. after application and I'm very pleased with the results.

The best!

The only wood glue I trust. I've used this on several projects over the last 25+ years and all have held right to the end. On the old projects where I dismantled to re-purpose the wood, the glue held and splintered the wood where pulled apart at the glue joints. What I would expect from a high quality product. My only issue is I let the unused glue bottle get cold/freeze in my shop. It thickens up but I still use it (just harder to pour and spread - popsickle stick works good) but still holds...

What can I say? It's great and I have been using it for years.

Good Wood Glue

Normally i use Titebond wood glue but decided to give this a try as it is about 2/3 the cost. I didn't do an actual break-test to compare tensile strength... but I will say it is quite strong and a good value for the price.

Right size

I only needed this for one job. The tip allowed for accurate placement of the glue.

It's glue. Use it to stick stuff to other stuff.

This product has been around forever and the reason is because it works great ! I wouldn't recommend another .

A very good product

Elmer's wood glue is and always has been a very good product in my shop. I use it on all my interior wood projects. It is easy to use, the container is comfortable to handle and product is easy clean up with a wet rag or sponge. I have never been disappointed with its dry time or holding strength as long as it is used properly.

hi. i like but convience to go store. but the problem is that i have to use top to apply it. it ok. i just squeeze bottle and dip and apply. it not to rough. pretty good wash off. i highly recommend. i would put pictures but it not working. thanks. i love lowes. i got membership. fun!! yes.

4-OZ Elmers Wood Glue

The 4oz Elmer's glue was perfect for the size bottle for my hand and the right amount of glue we needed to re-glue drawers on a twin platform bed. The nozzle fits perfectly into the routed out groove that the bottom of the drawer slides. The Lowe's in Paducah Ky is always helpful and this visit was no different. Thanks!
