So I hate to leave a bad review of this product as I haven't even used it yet. But it was the only way I could let this be known. I went to a local Lowes store to purchase this item and they did not have any in store. They said they could have one sent to my home in two days. To my surprise I arrive home to find the product on my doorstep with part of the item sticking through the box. Best pole saw I've ever had.
Would RecommendEasy and convenient to use. Like all tall pole saws, it is tiresome to wield it over one's head, but the battery power is easy, non-messy and clean. I hesitate to order the extension only because it might be just a tad too cumbersome for me. Oh, I probably will order it because I am excited about using the pole saw for more applications.
