Would RecommendAnother high-quality EGO product, easy to unpack with detailed instructions. I am amazed at the chainsaw power when used with the 6.0Ah battery, a perfect match. Made short work of an 18-inch diameter tree trunk. I highly recommend this tool.

To early to assess
It's to early to assess the potential in one day of use it behaved as a champion but is to early to say if it is a reliable assistance to my needs. I have a big forest and patio. I cut for two hours and the battery when down fast. Today, I cleaned and will test it again thid weekend.

Would RecommendThis chainsaw is the best that I've ever owned; and I have owned a couple of other gas powered saws in the past. The EGO is an amazing machine that does a much better job. I used it to cut down a couple of white pines that were severely damaged by the winter snow storm that we had back in February. I highly recommend it. 5 star review from me.

Does NOT disappoint!!
I’ve used 16” gas and electric saws in the past and was pleased with their performance however this time I wanted something with more power and reach. This saw makes trees and limbs fast work . I used it cutting for an 8 hr period and only used half of the battery life. I don’t cut wood very often which is why I chose to go electric vs. traditional gas saws ( extended storage does not create future startup problems). The replacement batteries are very expensive so I’ll have to wait and see how l...
