Incredible power

This machine is a beast. The power is awesome. It is a little heavy but for larger trees it is well worth it.

Works as Advertised!

The saw reacted and performed as advertised. It was fairly quiet, powerful, and surprisingly easy to use. It went through a diseased 60 ft maple with precision and speed. We never used anything but the least powerful option, simply because the saw worked well at the low settings. The battery lasted, and was easy to recharge overnight for he next day's activity.

Tears it up

I went from the 18" it was great then it got stolen. So went to this and who would have known 2" makes such a difference ;) it feels dramatically better tho to use the full power the battery must be 7.5mah. I used the 12mah and it ran hard til the battery heated and stopped. To be fair it was over 90 degrees sunny and I made about a dozen stumps out of a moderately sized tree branch. It cut much easier due to actually being about as wide as the tree my previous chainsaw had to go through it twic...

Fast, strong, quiet

The 20" chain saw easily cut through a 40 foot storm-downed maple. Clean up was easy. The saw is a tad heavy, but absolutely manageable.

Want to learn how to put the chain on!

Horrible! Would never buy another. Spend more time putting the chain back on than cutting wood.

Great Electric Chainsaw

I am surprisingly happy with this EGO chainsaw. Cutting is comparable to a gas saw and I cut down and then cut up a complete tree about 12” diameter and still had half the battery life left. This electric saw starts EVERY time you push the button!

Great machine!

The chainsaw does a fine job. Is much quieter than a gas-powered chainsaw. The battery lasts a long time. My son enjoyed using it. Your pictures.

Cuts like a hot knife through butter

Easy to use, powerful, plug and play. Felled and cut up a large tree with very little difficulty. Battery takes longer to charge than I would like but performs better than I expected. Won’t be going back to gas powered saw.

Excellent Product

I cut up 50' of a redwood tree trunk that was larger than a phone pole. This saw went through it like butter. After 3 hours of cutting, I still had over half the battery left. Considering the size and weight of this saw compared to my old 16" gas unit, I was surprised at how easy it was to handle. I actually found it easier to use than the old saw: No noise when the blade stops, no pulling a cord to start an engine, no exhaust fumes.
