What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this generator for powerful, reliable performance and exceptional value. Most highlight its ability to power entire homes including 4-ton air conditioning units, refrigerators, and multiple appliances simultaneously. The dual-fuel capability—switching between propane and gasoline—is highly valued, with users noting it starts within seconds on either fuel. Electric and remote start features enhance usability, especially during emergencies. Reviewers consistently describe it as well-built and a strong value compared to competitors. A few mention minor propane regulator compatibility issues or note it ships without oil, but these isolated concerns do not diminish overall satisfaction.

Works Great
Would RecommendUnpacked and discovered there was supposed to be "shipping braces" that need to be removed. Metal braces with bolts and a piece of wood. All the hardware was there except for the wood piece that's supposed to provide support for the generator during transport. I filled with oil and it started fine using propane. Runs great and I don't have to worry about old gas drying and clogging things up later, which is what happened to my last generator. Hope no issues arise from being shipped without the ...
Plenty of power for whatever you need.
Would RecommendI bought this generator to power 240v tools in my off-grid workshop (welding machines mostly). So far it has performed flawlessly. I was a little disappointed to learn that it has aluminum windings. But that one is on me for not thoroughly doing my research. That also explains the below $1000 price tag. Pleasantly Pleased
This is a great generator at this price point. I am pleasantly pleased with the quality for the cost. The duel fuel option all but eliminates the issues I had with the previous generator that I replaced. Propane will be my primary fuel with non-ethanol gas as the back-up. The remote start is great for my wife and the battery charger ensures this generator will always be ready to go.

Great Whole house generator
Would RecommendAfter the recent high winds and fires, in early 2025 outside of Los Angeles, the power was turned off for up to three days. This generator will run almost the whole house instead of running extension cords with a smaller version. Great generator with easy electric start.
