What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this generator for powerful, reliable performance and exceptional value. Most highlight its ability to power entire homes including 4-ton air conditioning units, refrigerators, and multiple appliances simultaneously. The dual-fuel capability—switching between propane and gasoline—is highly valued, with users noting it starts within seconds on either fuel. Electric and remote start features enhance usability, especially during emergencies. Reviewers consistently describe it as well-built and a strong value compared to competitors. A few mention minor propane regulator compatibility issues or note it ships without oil, but these isolated concerns do not diminish overall satisfaction.

The generator is set up for ease of operation and
I bought this bigger generator so that we could keep almost the entire house supplied with electric--especially the heating and cooling equipment. This unit should do that. It starts easily, runs quieter than my old diesel unit, and it seems it will be relatively easy to maintain as far as maintenance is concerned.

Watch out for delivery from R & L Carriers;

Excellent Generator for the money
Would RecommendGenerator was easy to setup, started right up after oil and gas was added. I like the push button start and stop as my other generator was not the start button type. Gas cap was not easy to open as there is not much to grab. I like the metal gas tank better than the plastic, looks nicer and I hope last longer.

Whole House Generator
Would RecommendProduct is well built and runs great. I bought it to use on my house as a whole generator. It runs everything, including my 4-ton AC, which is on an easy start adapter.

Horrible service from Lowes on a HORRIBLE product
Would Not RecommendFirst, this item was delivered to the wrong address by Lowes contract shipping. I had to figure out where it was and GO GET IT (fortunately, the photo they provided of the "Proof of Delivery" had the address in the photo...which was NOT my address). Then, once I got it, and tested it out, even on a 1.5KW load in my home at the time, it caused massive flickering and issues. This is NOT capable of powering home electronics. THD is horrendous. Tried to contact Lowes customer support to return ...
Not even 8000W capable
Would Not RecommendThe included schematic in the manual (at least they INCLUDE one!) shows this generator only uses 10AWG wiring for the 10,500W or 240v@43A run rated output of this generator. That VASTLY exceeds 10AWG wiring rating even at 90'C. Fortunately, there is also a small GFCI breaker that shuts down the full panel of loads and anything over 32A trips this breaker, which means it is really just a 7500W generator. Max.
Max Capacity Generator
Would RecommendExcellent product. Very well made. Runs my A/C, Fridge, deep freezer, my POOL and any else I need during a blackout or hurricane. Love it! Got it hooked up with a 50A outlet and cord.

How to review the delivery company?
Would RecommendSo, splitting between 5-star for product and 1-star for the stupid delivery company that dropped it off with a photo of "delivered" and even the house address in pic didn't match the DELIVERY address. Sigh. Horrible. Lowes needs to fire R&L deliveries.
