What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this generator for powering entire homes effortlessly, including large AC units and appliances across 2,200+ square feet with no issues during outages. The tri-fuel flexibility—switching between natural gas, propane, and gasoline—provides critical emergency adaptability. Reviewers highlight solid construction, reliability over months of use, intuitive controls, and remote start capability. Many completed installation without professional help. A few note minor design inconveniences like awkward battery access and dipstick placement, though these don't diminish overall satisfaction. Most consider it a dependable, long-term investment for emergency preparedness.

Would RecommendUnit runs well. Easy set up. However no manual or instructions were with unit. Contacted manufacturer who said manual would be mailed. Have not received yet.

Power to spare!
Would RecommendWent from a 7K generator that struggled to effectively power our home to this 15K wonder that does not only pwer the house, but also does the basic functions on the hot tub. Power outages will now be inconveniences now rather than an ordeal trying to maintain sufficient power output to remain comfortable. Neighbors purchased the same unit based on my recommendation

FeetGreat Quality
Would RecommendSo far so good, my XP15000HXT was received in good shape, very easy to assemble. Cranked & ran well on propane. After install, I’m changing to natural gas. Dura Pro is very good quality and they are very thorough in directions and maintenance tips. I feel I made a good choice choosing Dura Pro.

One of Four Generators
Would RecommendThis was the forth Duromax Generator we have bought this year. Used for emergency backup at our family's homes. Packaging is strong and protective, and delivery by liftgate is very convenient. Initial setup and break-in is as straight forward as it could be, definatly easy enough for anyone to accomplish. The generators run and work flawlessly. If i had any complaint it is the lack of protective covers for the 15000 series generators.

Very Nice Generator
Would RecommendI purchased the 15000 HXT November 29, 2025. This is an upgrade to the preditor 9000 I purchased from another company a few years ago. The first thing that stood out was the size of the unit. The second is that it was powerfull enough to run my furnace.

Whole home generator
Would RecommendI have a 4500sqft. home and this generator has been able to power pretty much everything. I haven’t tried to do laundry while the central air is going but it has run everything else with zero issue. It’s the best home purchase I’ve made in a while.
