What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this generator for powering entire homes effortlessly, including large AC units and appliances across 2,200+ square feet with no issues during outages. The tri-fuel flexibility—switching between natural gas, propane, and gasoline—provides critical emergency adaptability. Reviewers highlight solid construction, reliability over months of use, intuitive controls, and remote start capability. Many completed installation without professional help. A few note minor design inconveniences like awkward battery access and dipstick placement, though these don't diminish overall satisfaction. Most consider it a dependable, long-term investment for emergency preparedness.

Would RecommendI see one star reviews, remember after the series of storms in Florida, Louisiana, Texas demand is higher than ever. I was told 8/16 delivery, then 9/23, actually showed up early to the 9/23. I had the 13k before, my neighbor made me an offer and I wanted the 15k anyway! I just broke it in seating rings. I run only on nat gas, I had a quick connect put in. On the 13k with soft starts, I ran a 4 ton central ac, a 2 ton upstairs unit, 2 refrigerator freezers, a deep freeze two laptops and 4 monito...

15000 HXT - Satisfied
Overall Satisfied, however going to install in a Rubbermaid encloser and bring the exhaust out, what I found was the air filter has 6 blow by ports that push CO2 right at the CO2 Sensor, which will require me to add 6 Houses plugged into the Air filter orifices to keep it from blowing right at CO2 sensor. Satisfied in Power as others had recommended a 26K for my Home, this 15K powers everything, I turned everything on, 2 AC, fridge, Freezer 4 TVs and all lights as well as pool pump
