Ratings & Reviews for DuroMax 500cc Tri-Fuel Remote Start Home Power Back Up 13000 Starting / 10500 Running Watt Gas, Propane, and Natural Gas Tri fuel Portable Generator

Best generator brand on the market!!

I bought my 13000HXT about a year and have ago and it’s never let me down. I’ve ran my whole on it for several days and it ran like a champ!!! I would definitely recommend this brand

Works but.....

Bought this to power my home in outages. Looks great, assembles easily but watch out for reliability. It operated fine the first time I used it but when I tried to fire it up the second time it started then immediately turned itself off. After much back and forth with support they determined that the CO sensor was at fault and sent a new one. I installed itand the generator worked fine the next time I used it. Just checked on it a week ago though and back to the same startpup band shutdown behav...

All in one whole house general purpose generator

Powers my house automatically when needed and I can take it on the go with ease

Go Tri Fuel

I bought this for hurricane season and I am ready. Easy to assemble. I did the break in so it is ready. I am impressed with this generator.

Powered a whole house for two weeks straight

I bought the XP13000HXT tri-fuel right before an ice storm hit. As it turned out I never needed it myself, but a friend lost power so I handed it over and it ran their house for two full weeks. It held up the entire time without a hiccup. The tri-fuel flexibility was the real selling point for me, being able to switch between gas, propane, and natural gas means you are not stuck if one fuel source runs short during an emergency. That kind of reliability under a real load for that long is exactly...

Hurricane ready!

Fuel this tri fuel is a workhorse. We have natural gas at the restaurant. We’ve been able to run after two hurricanes, and I have propane at home that we used at our house after a tropical storm took out a light pole. It’s time that time of year to run it again and light it up looking forward to buying an inverter possibly this year as well.

Great choice

Researched alot of options and very happy with the decision we made!!!

Generator

Works like a champ every time its needed. 3 years old and acks just as if brand new

When the power goes out, this generator works !

I have used this generator many times when the power has gone out and I have been very happy with its performance. The tri-fuel option is a great option.

Reliable generator for good price

This generator allows me to have emergency backup power for an affordable price.

Great fixtures

This generator exceeds my expectations tremendously

Great Value and product

Bought for a new home generation. Unpacked and easy to assemble in about 45 mins. Added oil and gas to get the 1st run in. Just a couple of cranks and it fired right up and ran smooth. Just so happened the power went out just as i was cleaning up the packing material. Real live test. Restarted the generator, followed the handy how-to card and now my home has all the power it needed. Thanks for making a great product.

Quality workmanship!!!!

First time starting unit it poured gas out the bottom of it. After that was fixed I discovered that the idle control did not work. Whats next?????

First generator

Bought this generator before winter storm never had to use it. Once unboxed found the manual very helpful and love the options of tri fuel

This is my second, larger generator

Have not opened the box. I look to set it up soon.

Exactly what we needed

We love that we were able to purchase a tri-fuel generator. It runs smooth and starts easy. It is everything that DuroMax says it is. We purchased mainly for use in case of power outage. Fortunately we have not had to use it for an extended period but, we are confident that if needed for an extended period we have just what we need to keep the essentials running.

It's a whole house beast!

I can't say enough good things about it. We have a 2800sqft home, and I wasn't sure if it would power the HVAC or some of the appliances. We figured it would do the basic things, I could put a soft start kit on the HVAC if needed, and we don't really need washer and dryer during emergencies anyway. WELL, I HAVE TO SAY it does all of that and more! The HVAC runs like a top, we could even be running the oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc and that's on the lowest power setting! We are on natural ga...

Powerful great generator

Running this generator with natural gas. I can run my whole house with no problem. This is strong tuff generator. Very dependable. “Love it “ will recommend it.

Only time will tell

I purchased the 13,000 watt HXT tri-fuel generator last month. I have it assembled and I ready to do the “break in run”. I am hopeful for good results in any future use. Will be purchasing items in the future to support the use.
