Ratings & Reviews for DuroMax 500cc Tri-Fuel Remote Start Home Power Back Up 13000 Starting / 10500 Running Watt Gas, Propane, and Natural Gas Tri fuel Portable Generator

Great Grnerator

I bought the 13k unit because for one, wife is on oxygen. We live a ways from town so when we lose power it can take a.bit yo get it back. A few weeks ago had electrician wire a panel to hook up gen to power house and shop. We'll we did have a power outage after a terrible wind storm. It lasted for 3 days. When we lost power I went and hooked up gen and started up. It ran for the 3 days flawlessly and was only off long enough to change oil. I'm very happy yo have bought the Gen and would be a g...

Powered whole house

I was pleased that the generator was able to power the whole house. The setup and starting the generator with natural gas was easy.

Warrenty Information Missing

My generator was setup and the utilities installed by a Duromax Dealer. After I broke the generator in, I tried to register my generator. I could not find the serial number. I checked with the dealer and he gave 3 possible locations. The only thing I found was the Emissions control information. When registering, the picture on the regerstration page indicated the serial number should be next to the Emission information. It was not. It also indicated that it was on the box, which the du...

13,000 Watt Tri Fuel Portable HXT

I recived my first Duro Max 13,000 Watt Tri Fuel Portable HXT. by far this is one the best. a well buit generator with trifuel option .

My THird Duro Max

I bought this generator as a safety backup after moving to a new state and unsure of need for a backup. I had a Duro Max in Florida that was wonderful to have during hurricane power outages. I had another Duro Max in Tennessee that was wonderful during extreme winter power outages. Now I'm in Maryland, and unsure if this new one will ever be needed, I know I have a good product to carry me through.

Great generator

We have a few power outages that last a few hours and a couple that lasted for a week. My generator gets us through every time.

Great generator!

Great generator love the tri fuel, and not super loud, very happy with it.

Best Product

Best Product Design for anything Job site to back up for a house

Excellent product!

I bought this to run my 42' fifth wheel. Excellent choice 🙏

Loaded with extras!

Just got this gen set and have it wired to run the whole house off of natural gas. This is our third generator, and probably the best overall value to date. While you can’t not run every electric thing in your house, with simple planning and communication within the family, you can live VERY comfortably and really as if nothing ever happened. One caveat, we have no AC. We’re at 8600’ in Colorado. It’s not necessary. This comes with everything, including a handful of plugs for making your own ...

Super Reliable

I bought this unit in hopes of never having to use it. I do run it several times a year and it is easy to start, run, and cutover from my street power. The peace of mind having a reliable easy-to-use generator is well worth the money.

Great Generator for the Best Price

I bought this generator a couple of weeks ago. I had a big list of criteria which I was unable to find a generator in my hopeful price range. This generator is a commercial grade unit with the ability to operate on gas, propane or natural gas. The wattage load can run my house’s necessary devices plus some convenience items. In my area whole home systems are costing 13-15K so I came out for a lot less than that.

Great generator

I bought the for home backup. I had a trusted electrician install a transfer box and store my generator near it. This past storm my power went out for four days. Everyone home was dark but mine! I called the electrician to thank him for the transfer box and he told me he has been busy fixing everyone else’s permanent automatic backup generators as various things went wrong. What can I say simple to use, simple to maintain, and great peace of mind. Thank you for a great product

easy assembly

I bought my generator during the labor day sale and sat it on a plastic pallet as I un boxed it and assembled it. It was very intuitive and the job was done in less than half an hour. I keep it on the pallet and covered with a large canvas treated tarp. Don't have an immediate need to run but have bought two 40 lb propane tanks and will be connecting them to work together. Very impressed with the quality of the unit as I unpacked and assembled. I know it will work as intended and hoped for. Wil...

This generator is the perfect replacement for my Generac. The tri-fuel capabilities creates multiple applications to provide electric for my family and home. Very budget friendly to allow other improvements for storage and use.

13,00 watt tri fuel generator

Bought this 6 months or more ago. My generator was failing. It just barely me through Helene and decided then it's time for a new one. I looked and looked. I ran across this generator and it had all the features I was looking for. I decided since it was on sale and I wasn't gonna wait until I actually needed one I bought it. I LOVE IT! Runs much quieter than my old one. Easy start up. I have used it a little. I haven't had to put it to the real test yet, but I feel it will do the job no problem....

Best quality and best value

I bought this generator a few weeks ago, and it was perfect timing, because we had a massive storm that took out the power on and off for days. This generator has been on sale for a while which is phenomenal.Because it's 13000 watts and that powers the entire house. Runs quiet and is super efficient.

Excellent Power

This generator has saved us so many times. Has more than enough power to power all of our home necessities when we experience power loss.
