What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these light panels for dramatically brightening rooms and eliminating yellowed, outdated appearances. Many highlight the superior light transmission and diffused pattern that softens harsh fluorescent lighting, creating a cleaner, modern look. However, a substantial number report the panels are brittle and prone to cracking during handling or cutting, requiring careful attention. Some struggle with the cutting process, while others find it manageable with proper technique. Despite fragility concerns and occasional fit issues, most customers consider the visual and functional upgrade worthwhile.

Not easy to snap
Would Not RecommendI scored the panel so many times, my wrist hurt. Then when I finally was done, I tried to snap it (like i was told by associates) and it still cracked along the edges. I have now gone through 3 extra panels.

decent lighting panel
Would RecommendThis is a decent thickness ceiling light panel for recessed fluorescent lighting. You have to be careful handling it though because it easily cracks or gets corner chips. It needed to be cut down in width for my lighting but had difficulty finding someone to do that as the store no longer offers that, due to its fragile nature.

The recommended cutting tool requires practice
Would RecommendThe sheets exactly matched what I had before so I only had to replace the broken panel.

it works.
Would Recommendused to create a faux window to prevent rust/water damage of actual window in shower/bath area. with only a kitchen knife, difficult to cut, but eventually able to snap off. used caulk to seal gaps. it isnt pretty. but said window stays dry when this is placed in front. a temporary fix until i locate the supposed plexiglass in store to create second and hopefully better crafted faux window.
