Then they had the unmitigated *gall* to set up shipment for a $10.50 dryer vent cover they didn't have in stock, and *charge* me $49--four times the price of the item!--for it! . without my knowledge or consent!

Would Not RecommendThese things are horrible. If you have to cut them be prepared to break 3+ of them before you get one that doesn't end up in the trash. Be careful when you pick them out, about half of them on the shelf were already cracked and we went to two different stores.
