High quality as expected from Dewalt

I am extremely happy with this generator. Came well packed and was very easy to put together. Took me about 15-20 minutes and that was taking my time. Started right up and works as advertised. It has enough power to run a home (without the A/C) so I’m considering adding an interlock to my house and using it as an emergency backup as we’ve had a few outages this year. Highly recommend!

Good features and size for a semi mobile model

I have arthritis and it's hard to get the gas cap open. It runs between 74 and 80 decibels so wear hearing protection. Started on the second pull or use the electric start. Has a plain foam air filter and 2 position choke/run throttle. Includes an idle down switch when not running at load, but doesn't change the loudness much. No window or gauge to check gas levels. Not for construction work

The motor is made in Vietnam and seems to be made pretty solid. The frame on the other hand is pretty flimsy. I can see this for sure around the house and not more. This is will not make it in a construction environment. The wheels are rubber which is ok but somehow dent or flatten easily when dragging a few feet. Impressive Large Generator

This generator is so easy to put together from the box. It also has a a handle and great wheels for moving around. DeWalt made a solid dependable generator here. Very impressive. Running on fuel, propane AND natural gas. I live in a place with tornados and ice/snow. We had no power last January. This would have been a game changer. I now have the piece of mind of this one for the future. I can run so many things at the same time and be safe and warm or cool.

Easy start, quiet and reliable.

I received this DeWalt 5600W Starting \ 4500W running generator this week and was excited to see how it performed. There's a bit of installation involved, but nothing to difficult... You need to install the wheels the handle, remove the shipping brackets and install the feet. You also need to add oil which is included with a funnel which is really nice and some fuel (not included) which they recommend non-ethanol premium gas. Powerful!

I’m really impressed with this DEWALT 10,500-watt generator. It has plenty of power to handle multiple things at once, and it starts up easily. The build quality feels solid and it gives me a lot of confidence that it will be there when I need it. We previously had a 9000 Watt Predator which is a good one but this DeWalt was able to run both ACs in our camper this past weekend. Easy to start up and start using!

The handle and wheels have to be assembled, but it was very easy. It came with oil and a funnel for the oil. Once together it started with just a couple pulls. It weighs around 128 lbs but it was easy for my husband to load in the truck on his own.

This generator has the power in the features you’re looking for I’m using it as my backup generator for my home. With 10,500 running watts and 84 A it can handle any task. With a traditional pull start or choose auto start and carbon monoxide detection this bad boy is packed with features. 

A necessity

This generator arrived at the perfect time. We had bad storms move in and this was so handy! We went out and got it prepped and sure enough the electric went out. We were able to keep all the items in the garage fridge and freezer from losing any temperature. It’s gas powered up to 10 hours, has automatic low oil and CO detect shutoffs. Great for use around the property and nice it can use multiple fuel sources to run

Works well so far. Used it in the garage just to test it out and worked really really well. Looking forward to getting the hook up put on the house for emergency situations. I really like that it can run off of gas or propane. I’ll likely end up hooking it into my propane tank for emergency use and use gas for ither situations around the property. Do-What

Very very reliable me and my hubby use Dewalt to power our family food truck to feed the community every month. What a nice upgrade. Perfect size and the addition components make things that much easier. Noise level has a slight reduction and the safety features keeps us coming back for Dewalt!

Very powerful generator that supplied power for my ENTIRE home.

We had a storm in Tennessee the day it arrived and wouldn't you know it, the power went out. This generator delivered for 4 hours!!! It ran my entire 1500 square foot home and my garage with ease and was only utilizing 10% capacity. Assembly was very easy. I used a wood block to get the wheels which made it a breeze. This generator is a beast. You will not regret buying it.

The new generator has arrived! Excitedly unboxed it and it’s heavy so you don’t have to worry about it blowing away! The setup and operations is easy to understand. I’m not saying I’m looking. For a blackout but I’m not afraid of one either! 😜

Great generator

I bought this generator the day after hurricane Laura. It powered my home for 5 weeks, only shutting down to refuel and change oil (every other day / 50 hours). I had to refuel every 12 hours. It powered a refrigerator, 2 freezers, washer & gas dryer, and my smallest central A/C (2 ton), and many lights & fans. I’ve got zero complaints about this generator, and would highly recommend. I will mention that it is not a quiet one, but that wasn’t a concern of mine.
