Never had any real problems with Dewalt tools. The

Dont care for the locking switch but ill get used to it. My Flooded grinder was made by Ridged. I like Dewalt tools and Ridged but since Lowes no longer carries Ridged , im not going to Lexington to replace a simple grinder. Ill get used to it. So otherwise it made the cut in the concrete block like my ridged grinder using all my Ridged cutting blades that are 4 and a half inch.

Not commercial but enough for home.

Its a simple straight forward tool. Not too many moving parts. Worked golden the 1st time I used it and should be a good tool for a long time. I don't anticipate using it too often but I'm sure it will be still in good condition after many years and several uses.

The Alan Wrench is the correct tool

Amazing Product, Easy to Use. The allen wrench wrench is the correct tool to use. You’ve got to press the wheel locking button on top. Then you can tighten or loosen the blade by inserting the Alan wrench into the hole and twisting.

Work horse!!

This little grinder cut through 8 inch cinder blocks with no trouble at all.

Light weight. Easy to handle. Lots of power. Great tool for the price.

Perfect Angle Grinder

I was looking for an affordable grinder todo a simple tiled front step job. This was a very affordable grinder with plenty of power. The only issue I had was the cost of the XP4 diamond cutting wheel (almost as much as the grinder). Other these the cutting wheel cost, this is a great tool. I highly recommend it!

This angle grinder works great. It has cut straight through 1” steel bar without a problem.

Incomplete tool

This tool comes without the spanner wrench needed to change wheels. Since Lowes didn't have a spanner wrench to fit, I returned the grinder. I think it's pretty cheap to sell a grinder without the necessary wrench - other manufacturers include the wrench.

Disappointment Out of the Box

I haven’t used this grinder yet, but i am disapponted when i took it out of the box. It utilizes a thread washer with spanner holes, but doesn’t include a spanner wrench. It comes with an allen wrench, but there’s no allen screw on the grinder. I have no idea why it’s included. Quality control dduring packaging seems to be missing.

Great grinder,except!

The new angle grinder is a great tool, but they give you a large "allen" wrench instead of a scanner wrench. Very disappointed in the absence of spanner wrench. I might be picky, but that's how I feel. Other than that the grinder works flawlessly.

Missing parts, cant use out of the box......

Bought this grinder today for a couple of cutting and grinding jobs. Opened the box after getting home and it is missing components - the backing flange and the threaded clamp nut. Cant use the tool without these parts, including using the grinding wheel that was included in the box. Now get to drive another 30 miles round trip to the store to return and buy a Milwaukee grinder. I went with DeWalt over Milwaukee when initially looking at them in the store because of the DeWalt name, bad choi...

problematic

Used it once and the nut that holds the grinder blade on got stuck and i couldnt get it off to change it. You tubed some videos and tried some different methods. Couldnt do it. Had to return it. Liwes was cool about it though and refunded me. Gonna with with a different brand next time.
