What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact impact driver for its exceptional lightweight design paired with surprising power and strong torque. Most note it outperforms heavier 18V or 20V tools for everyday tasks like deck screws, drywall anchors, and panel removal without causing fatigue. Reviewers consistently commend the ergonomic feel, comfortable grip, and well-balanced design. The kit's inclusion of two batteries, charger, LED lighting, and multiple torque settings is frequently cited as excellent value. A small number report a wobbly chuck affecting screw-driving accuracy, though this remains a minor concern. Overall, customers express strong loyalty and satisfaction.

Good power in small package
Would RecommendLove it, I have many dewalt 20v tools, but this is my first 12v. Very easy to throw in a bag and go, and does the job for most applications. I’ve since bought more 12v tools because of this!

Best in class and affordable
Would RecommendThis impact has been the best light weight and powerful impact in its class. I use it daily in my work and it has never failed me. This is the second one I bought only because I wanted to set it up with different bits so my work would get done quicker. The first one I bought 3 years ago is still going strong and the variable speed is great.
