What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact impact driver for its exceptional lightweight design paired with surprising power and strong torque. Most note it outperforms heavier 18V or 20V tools for everyday tasks like deck screws, drywall anchors, and panel removal without causing fatigue. Reviewers consistently commend the ergonomic feel, comfortable grip, and well-balanced design. The kit's inclusion of two batteries, charger, LED lighting, and multiple torque settings is frequently cited as excellent value. A small number report a wobbly chuck affecting screw-driving accuracy, though this remains a minor concern. Overall, customers express strong loyalty and satisfaction.

false advertisement
Would Not RecommendI almost purchased this when it was $79. I then later noticed it as probably a price glitch at $49. It wasn't available local, but I did find it a few hours away and set it up to be delivered. Signed, sealed and not delivered! The next morning Lowes canceled it. Horrible customer service!!!

Lowes Scammed Me
Would Not RecommendPurchased this Combo for a great price, instead of shipping it out, they returned my order for me, and raised the price $30. Bait and Switch, deceptive consumer practices.
